Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Some items may need to be returned directly to the supplier’s warehouse. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
