How long does delivery take?

Unless otherwise stated at checkout we aim to deliver most items within 4–7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and product type. You will receive confirmation and tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. However, we are planning to offer international shipping in the near future. If you are located outside the UK and would like to be notified when international delivery becomes available, please contact us at info@thenoblenook.com and we will keep you updated.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

What about returns and refunds?

We want you to feel confident shopping with The Noble Nook.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return your item. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send any items back without confirmation. All returns must be authorised before being sent. Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will review the details and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my mirrors and lighting?

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend the following:

Mirrors: Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and a gentle glass cleaner or a solution of water and white vinegar. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that may damage the frame or finish. For antique or decorative frames, dust regularly with a soft brush or cloth.

Lighting: Always switch off and allow bulbs to cool before cleaning. Wipe shades and fixtures with a soft, dry cloth. For metal finishes (brass, gold, chrome), use a specialist metal cleaner if needed. Check bulb specifications and replace with the correct wattage to maintain safety and performance.
